As a veteran of Wolt for three years, I had the privilege of serving in the Retention and Engagement team within the consumer group. Subsequently, I transitioned to the Merchant Experience division, where I was able to immerse myself in a plethora of intriguing projects.
One of my proudest achievements during my tenure in the consumer group was the spearheading of the design aspects for Wolt+, a subscription program aimed at fostering loyalty. This was a massive undertaking, requiring a collaboration between multiple teams, and I must extend a special accolade to the Brand team for their exceptional contributions towards creating a visually appealing end product. Although I am no longer a part of the project, I take pride in having been part of the original team that laid its foundation.
Beyond external design work, I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in intriguing internal design projects. However, respecting the confidentiality these ventures demand, I must keep the specifics under wraps. Currently, my focus is on the B2B side of design, which, while exciting, also stays within the realm of 'hush-hush'.
